Angelique, I sat here the other day trying to find the right words to say; tears in eyes, nothing coming out to type. I felt so pained when I read your post and so utterly helpless in making any of you loss soften.
I pray this next year will bring some healing to you and yours. I wish that I could give you the peace and happiness wrapped in a box, that you could open when you needed it most. Your posts still bring up feelings in my from the loss of my parents 20 years ago, like yesterday, and I grieve with you.
Take care of yourself and your family and live each day to the fullest.

I love that photo...did you take it? Your mom would love it too...I just happened by tonight. I haven't been blogging much lately but just thought I'd stop by my blog...for some reason I could get on my most recent December post, and instead my Dec. 2009 post appeared. I'd had a photo or two of a necklace I'd made for my sweet neice. Your mom commented that she would surely love it and I always felt her comments to be so sincere and heartfelt. I sure didn't know her very long but you were blessed to have known her all that much longer. She is with you now in spirit...and she wanted me to tell you that!

Our Christmas tree is still up because we have a visitor coming soon who wants to see it. They say it's bad luck to keep your tree up longer than the 6th of Dec but I refuse to believe in bad luck!
