Jaqueline Bouchard

Jacqueline (Jacquie) Bouchard (nee Ste. Marie)

On December 22, 2010 in a room filled with love, surrounded by her family, Jacquie was welcomed home by her son Sheldon, sister Renee, and her parents Henri and Daisy who passed before her. Jacquie leaves to cherish her memories and carry on her love of life and family, her loving husband Gilbert, son Ben (Chrissy), daughter Jennifer (Paul) and her heart and soul, her grandchildren who lifted her spirits with a simple, 'know what gram?', Brett, Jeff, Luke, Kayla, Grace and Brady. When her grandchildren walk away today, they carry a piece of her soul with them. And as Jacquie begins her new journey she carries a piece of them with her.

And a bit of mine as well. She honored me with her friendship, her emails and her confidence. Like your mother, she is a part of my life, life after life, forever. Sending you love from here and thank you for coming by. It did my heart good to hear about it when things were so dark.

I think that is so true Angelique, that parts of our hearts carry on in the ones we love after we have "gone home". And being welcomed home by Henri and Daisy ... and her beloved Sheldon. What joy! Made all the more complete by your mom's loving smile and hug. And so the circle of life goes on and we live, and pass on to live again.

None of this is easy. We grieve. We feel the pain of loss even whilst we try with all our might to believe in the hereafter where we will all be united again. Love transends even death.

It's a beautiful photo of Jacquie that you've chosen Angelique. Really beautiful. xx Jos

I was saddened when I read about Jacquie, I guess she couldn't bear to be away from her Sheldon, and our dear Renee.
Rest in Peace Jacquie, you left behind a beautiful legacy.
They will all live on in your hearts, and ours.
xoxo

I was just thinking of Jacquie today, and how when I would get an email from her, she would always ask me how I was doing, and ask about my mom. She was such a warm and sweet lady, and I am very sorry I didn't get the time to know her better. Love to you all - xoxo Pam

While I'm so sorry for your family's loss here on earth, I love imagining the reunion in heaven. Oh Happy Day for them. May God bless and comfort you and your family each and every day.

It is because of Renee that I know Allegra, and that Gregg and I drove to Portland to have dinner with her and B.Loved. Because of her, our souls have touched. Your mother's spirit has linked many hearts around the world. We will always cherish her. xoxoxoxo

This is still unbelievable to me, the losses your family has endured.

What comforts me about Jacquie's passing is one, that she is pain free, and two, that she has still never missed being with Renee for Christmas.

Blessings and love to all of you,

Lolo♥

Thank you for adding this post to your moms blog... who I miss every single day... often going back to her emails to read them over...

I got to know Jacquie through your mom and she and I emailed once in a while.... She was a courageous woman that I added to my "life book"

I know this must be a time of great mourning and sorrow...

But I can see and feel your moms shining face looking and loving us all...

She was an angel that walked among us

Love ~ Pattee

Oh, I am so late... been caught up in some personal problems....and missed this beautiful tribute to a remarkable woman.

I loved Lo's comment - that Jacquie never spent a Christmas apart..... how beautiful.

March 9th will soon be here....I think of Renee ALL THE TIME....and miss her so much....

I know your grief is still fresh and immense... you have heard it all before, but Jacquie is now reunited with Sheldon, Renee Henri and Daisy....I hope there is some comfort to be had in that.

Please give Wahid a big hug from me. I think of him often....as I do you, sweet Angelique, your beautiful children and all the family.

Your blogging family will never forget.... and you are all a part of our hearts forever.

A big hug to you.

Love and Prayers for all,

♥ Robin ♥

I haven't been by in a long time - I apologize Angelique. Your posts come to my email box, so I read them again and again, but words forever escape me. I send prayers, I shed tears, I smile with memories and love. I imagine the peace and joy that the joined spirits are experiencing on the other side, wishing us the same.
Been doing a lot of research for myself since my own breast cancer diagnosis and am being inspired by Gerson Therapy; Crazy Sexy Diet; and the RAVE Diet for keeping cancer at bay. Just thought I'd share, in case they may inspire you or your family members..

sending blessings of love, and good health,
Karin

MY DEAR FRIEND,
I CLICKED ON YOUR BEAUTIFUL PAINTING WHEN I CAME TO OWOH. MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY,MY PRAYERS AND TEARS AFTER THE GOING HOME OF JACQUIE..
WE REJOICE FOR HER AS WELL AS HEAVEN BUT IT IS A SAD DAY FOR THOSE LEFT BEHIND. BEAUTIFUL POST.
MY ONLY BELOVED DAUGHTER, 33 YEARS OLD PASSED FROM A HOSPITAL BED IN OUR LIVING ROOM OF CANCER. I HAD GREAT DIFFICULTY ACCEPTING IT. I WILL MISS HER FOREVER. HER BEST FRIEND BARELY LEFT HER SIDE AND SHE PASSED ON FEBRUARY 1, 2011. PASTOR MARNEY SAID HEAVEN WOULD NEVER BE THE SAME WITH THOSE TWO REUNITED. LEILA WAS LAID TO REST LAST SATURDAY AT THE PLOT BELOW AMY...JUST A PATH WAY SEPARATING THEM...SUCH A STORY OF INSPIRATION.
GOOD NIGHT JACQUIE. HUG AMY FOR ME AND TELL HER HOW MUCH HER MOTHER, DAD, AND BROTHER MISS HER.
GOD NEVER PROMISED US THAT LIFE WOULD BE FAIR AND FREE OF SICKNESS AND TRIALS BUT HE PROMISED US HE WOULD BE WITH US ALWAYS.
PRAYERS AND ANGEL HUGS.
YOU WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS

This week as I finished up my One World One Heart journey, the one I met you on in 2009, I thought about you Renee. Actually, I thought of you the whole time.

I'm reminded of the many times you talked of Jacquie and how it made me wish I had a sister. And while I'm sad for your family who has lost yet another cherished member, I am glad to know the two of you are together again.

Stay out of trouble and don't do anything I wouldn't do! ;)

Love you Renee!

Jamie

I read this with utter shock. I have been off the blog for 8 months and am so terribly sorry for your loss, but know that Renee and Sheldon and her beloved parents will all be opening their arms wide to meet and greet her.
