i can hear you loud and clear. where's the sledgehammer now? i hope it has buggered off and left you alone!

soulbrush said...

right i am sending evil daggers across the world to chase that sledgehammer away RIGHT NOW. can you feel it? and i wondered whether anyone had kept my card, now you are indeed (and have always been) the valiant warrior. love you chickadee. is it gone yet? i am really forcing it to go!!!

Jos said...

'kay I'm back ... I've read back and followed a few links so I know that things are not great with you dear heart. And so my prayers are more focussed.

Heavenly Father please be with Renee today, bless her whole family and surround them with the knowledge of your love. Father please ease the sledgehammer off so that Renee feels better. And Lord God about Daisy ... and Jacquie ... fill them with your peace and a knowledge of the love their family has for them.

Things are not always as they seem ... mysteries now will I hope become knowledge in eternity.

I love you. xx Jos

Don't ask me why but I thought of one of my favorite Bible passages when I saw your laugh-out-loud picture:

Psalm 104:1-3

1 Praise the LORD, my soul. LORD my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendor and majesty.
2 The LORD wraps himself in light as with a garment; he stretches out the heavens like a tent
3 and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind.

;-) Who can know the mind of us women? Nobody!! I hope you have a good weekend, pal. Love & Blessings!

Word verification: REDNE . . . add a couple more letters and it's REDNECK . . . coincidence? I think not!

That is one scary image!! Although it did remind me of the movie Avatar I saw recently... The dragon part, that is. Love, Silke

P.S. I'm not sure I would ride a dragon in a dress and with sandals on my feet - but maybe that's just the practical German in me?!

studio lolo said...

I honest to God can feel your pain go right through me today.

I can just tell. We're twins, remember?

xoxoxox

studio lolo said...

yup, I knew it.

maybe because my back is making me cry today too.

I can't find a position that works.
The pain and fire is so deep it makes me want to throw up.
I know that loser feeling.

I'm going to try a hot, hot shower and then some stretching. I'd love to be able to finish things I've started, like the mural in the dining room.

Ugh. WTF.

I love you.
xoxo

Good morning sexy woman. I heard there is a cursin' spittin' sexy woman here who used to buy candy from the nuns. Where is she? Where are the nuns? I only had nuns who beat my hands with a bamboo stick.

DINOSAUR! They were giant animals. Do you think they had giant erections? How come I have never seen a drawing of a dinosaur with an erection? That is probably why they became extinct. The had E.D.

Sue said...

Yep anything is possible. Not sure about this 'hee-haw' moment, but hey, maybe!

Sending love and bat-dragon slaying wishes to you my friend.

This is a wonderfully funny picture, and if I were Jesus, I'd sure rid ethe dinosaurs.

But I'm worrying about you today and hoping you are okay. My thoughts are with you on this rainy, gloomy Sunday (here in my neck of the woods).

Oiroda Ailecec said...

Mission accomplished! It was my goal to provide you with today's comic relief. I am thinking of you my dear Renee. If only the depth of my feelings and love for you were enough to ward off diseases, you would have been healed the second week I knew you. Alas, I have no power.

I think about everything that you have given me and this morning I was reading our blog comment exchange with Sallie Rablinc early this year and they just made me laugh and chuckle. What a priceless gift your humor is.

I just pray.

ceecee said...

Picturing that is just too funny!

I'm taking a moment away from the stove to tell you - You are soooo loved here in my corner of the world. Enjoy your Sunday, dear Renee.

Simply brilliant. You made me smile yet again, so thanks. Have a brilliant week Renee.
Warmest regards,

PS. My Papa and I are too much alike and I'm pretty sure that's the cause for our constant strife but we love each other it will take time is all. Besides we are CUBS fans he and I so by the spring we will make peace.

Hi Renee, hope you are doing ok ...

You're getting some nasty weather. Stay warm and take care.

I sure hope it wasn't the crude in the corner of that drawer that reminded you of me. LOL We have seven children, six boys and one girl. There are ten grandbabies, five of each and another one due in March, unknown at this time. Hope that you were able to enjoy your weekend. Love you Renee....

(((HUGS)))

Rob-bear said...

The whole idea is surreal at the best. And kind of funny.

I hope this helps you to relax, and laugh. If Jesus could ride a T.Rex, he can probably look after you, no matter what shape you're in.

Bear hugs and blessings from "next door."

Deborah said...

Hi Lovee. Yes, I choose a very particular Renee post to talk through! Your love and laughter could not be contained, even by cancer. The hubby has been in great pain almost constantly and it frightens me. I want more time with him. Anything you can work out up there? I miss you so much. Sending you all my love on the wings of a desert sparrow, Deb
