Dreams Sponsored By The Letter P

Pairs: To see pairs of things or concepts in your dream represents the need for balance in your life. Usually the pairs are opposites of each other and serve as a way for the mind to compartmentalize things for better understanding.

Palm: Suggests that you hold all the knowledge you need in your own hands. The palm is a symbol of openness and a generous nature; a reminder for you to reach and utilize your full potential.

Panther: Signifies lurking danger and enemies working to do you harm. Panthers signify power, beauty and grace while at the same time signifying darkness, death, and rebirth.

Parade: If you are watching the parade it indicates that you are being sidetracked or distracted from achieving your goals. Since parades also symbolize the cycles and passage of time it is a reminder to be conscious in your own life.

Peacock: To see a peacock in your dream is a good omen representing spring, birth, new growth, longevity and love.

Pearl: Symbolizes the human soul, inner beauty, purity and chastity. Pearls hold special meaning for the innocent of heart.

Pendulum: When the pendulum is swinging back and forth it suggests that you are having difficulty in making an important decision in your life. You are afraid of change and the people around you are anxiously awaiting your decision.

Pentagram: Represents protection and the connection of your spirit to the earth, air, fire, and water. These elements contribute to various aspects of your well-being. If the pentagram is inverted that signifies conflict, negativity and aggression.

Plaid: Suggests that conservative views are in conflict with your liberal and wild side.

Praying: Indicates that you are looking for help from a higher source. There are some things that are out of your hands. This is a true indication that you need to relinquish and let go of your fears and worries.

How interesting.
I've been writing lately about a dream I had and a pendulum shows up repeatedly. It makes perfect sense!

KEY: amoung the pairs, the opposites, the picture of balance, that is you and me isn't it, you do bring balance,(you brought AJ/CJ the key of balnce again, common you know you did) look at all comments through-out this entire blog. This is an amazing post again as each of the dreams here speak volumes as does all of your posts. Bet everyone else (all the sisters feel like it is you with them, but NOT a chance)lol

Love Colette

As always, I'm loving the insights you give on the dream world. As I read, I recalled my palm (looking into it) was in my dream last night, and after reading your explanation I smiled inside and out!
Deep blue sun filled skies for you my friend.
love, Karin

I enjoyed your post and found some humor in the Plaid posting... does this mean that an entire nation of Scots are conflicted with their conservative and liberal sides? Do the men wear anything under their kilts? My ex-husband's tartan is Murray of Atholl... you can make a yuck from the "Atholl" part.

I have amused myself immensely with this section of your post!

I'm such a vivid dreamer but I almost never remember the dreams. I really should get in the habit of keeping a journal by the bed.

Great group! I love the pearl not quite completed. It's beautiful.
I have a friend who'd love that pentagram! That woman can manifest like nobody's business!

What blog on this planet would ever kick you out?

Happy Monday Renee! I hope that snow never came afterall. Enough already!

love,
Lolo

Oh, and yes, I'll be close to one sister. The other one is in Colorado and I'll see her on the drive back. My brother will be about 5 hours from where I'll be living :)

Jeez, lady, but do you ever have one visually fascinating blog there. I could get lost in the details of all that art. And you have a sense of humor (a DARK sense of humor--which is the best kind) too. Bless you. I hope against hope, I suppose, that you will live long and prosper.

Renee! Great dreamy P's- when i dream of pendulums it stems from the horror room in the wax museum- do you know the one? If not, just as well...HORROR!
Sending you wishes in a box- hope it arrives on time!

Lovely images, interesting dreams. Pomegranate? My dream on Friday was about picking out those jewel-like promegranate seeds one by one and, instead of eating them, I laid them out in a line. Then my sister and I made a necklace with them, using some discarded fishing line we'd found. We were sitting on a deserted beach (not one I recognised) so it was a sandy jewel necklace by the time we'd finished. It didn't matter because we were awfully pleased with it, I recall.

dear renee:

I was praying in my plaid pajamas and pearls when a pair of peacocks paraded by. I paused to look in the palm of my hand to peruse a peaceful and pointed pendulum preening inside my own private pentagram, pausing to point out that the privilege of partying with purposeful people is pleasantly provided by a ever-present personality who will when it pleases her properly introduce the letter R.

I guess I am a letter behind - I dreamt that there was a new term coined "Octo-Sisters" and it pertained to us because we have eight sisters … who’s watching too much trash tv you ask? Lol!!

You're such a "good" girl!! Har-har-har:) I had a good laugh at the seriousness of your comment. I mean it is a serious matter, but, you know what I mean....

This is too fun, and for the world to see, too. Try explaining this to a non-blogger. But, hey, it's healthier than drinking or gambling (lol)

Love ya,
Nancy

Oh gee you are really going through the archives. Are you looking for bones in my closet? Hahaha!

Bella Sinclair said...

Oh jeez louise. I thought you were going to tackle Ces's P dream. Then again, no need to interpret. We all know what THAT means. ;)

You just reminded me of a very vivid dream I had once. I was looking out the window, and I saw about three very big cats -- perhaps panthers or lionesses -- pacing around outside the house, as if they were stalking me and waiting for me to come out. I awoke with my heart racing.

I prefer my other P dream, the one where I was having a hot make-out session with a handsome prince. wubbawubbawubba!

Hope you are doing well, sweetums. xoxox

It's 1:43AM and I think I am dreaming. I wish! I got paged by work instead. So what does it mean if I dream of being paged by work when in fact I was actually being paged? That is a letter P - pager, page, paged :)

awww how sad is that last photo.
stopping by to wish you a happy birthday!

Nope, couldn't fine the subject of my dream. A ginormous PIMPLE that when I squeezed, came out of the tip of my nose with a "poof!" sound too!

WEIRD. It must mean I rid myself of something that was either weighing me down like a burden, or I just shed old debris, or something... What's your angle?

with love,
Lola xx
