Uummmm...is this from The Wizard of Oz? Hmmm.... (LOL!)

I am SO happy that you liked the yellow building - every time I look at that picture I think of you and I smile!

I LOVE this Fantasy Friday - all about the watchful eye, and the sense that we are loved (pic #2) and never alone. Very serene with the muted tones. Love it. Love you!

Dear Renee

Thank you so much for alerting me about Bella - I have been over to her blog just now. I had absolutely no idea as I have been out of KL for nearly a month now and haven't had any opportunity to keep in touch with any of my blogging friends.
I am stunned and very sad.
I will be back in KL at the weekend.

With love, Caroline

Oh my, such fantasies. I've never wanted to fly a mosquito. Friends actually invite me to parties to use me as mosquito bate...for some reason, they love me. **blows kisses** Deborah

More amazing artwork, dear Renee! Happy Friday to you!!

That queen riding the 'skeeter cracked me up this morning here in 'skeeter-central!! I love the tree which looks like the mighty Ms. Willow and the sultry seductress in the last one. Blessings and Love to you!

I love these fantasy paintings, a bit of whimsy, lots of dreamscape. I guess we can all get lost in these thoughts.

I's a good sign to see you around visiting friends, chatting with everyone. I love following my friendly bloggers around to mutual areas of interest.

Fantasy Friday ROCKS!!!! :) I love the first painting a lot - it goes along with my need for a vacation nicely. :) Have a great day, my dear! Sending you hugs! xox Pam

Hahah! I had some comment in mind and then I read about Deborah's role as mosquito bait! HAHAHA! I miss you Renee.

When I saw the little girl flying the insect, I thought it was me just flying high and no worries at all. Then the other little girl laying of a bed of straw, I believe, that could be me too. Quietly waiting and waiting but not sure for what. Strange, I guess I feel a little out of it because of the loss of Michael and also Farrah. I get emotional.
I hope you are good and that you have a great weekend. ::hugs::

Oh no! not more mosquitos!! well, ok, if its not the biting kind, the riding kind is ok. i guess.

Happy friday to you my dear. Oh, do you still have that little ring you got for your graduation?

love to you,

lori

ms. renee, kj read your comment to me and she couldn't stop laughing, because she said who could have a bigger heart than you? i told her i have no idea and she said, 'trust me, renee's heart is as wide as the widest cabbage patch in the world.'

sincerely,

I love that tree picture, poor thing. It is strange how the archer is now hugging the tree.
That is a romantic way to meet. Blue shirt and white trousers sounds lovely! My school put on a musical medley thing last night-the older children doing songs from different eras. They did Night Fever and Brett was the main man in his white suit!

The mosquito I wouldn't get near (she says scratching the bites on her leg),but I love the tree one.

it's breakfast and lunch for me this week. at first i said i could not ride on that bug--too scary, but then i looked at the eyes and face and knew i would be in the company of a good soul.

and apologies to the tree. i like that: a mistake made but heartfelt apologies and hugs are given. reminds me of that quote i now think about often: 'don't shoot the second arrow'.

love you renee,
kj

The tree, the tree, the tree!

These fantasy images are NEVER a disappointment. Dreamscapes tinted with a smidge of horror and tons of beguiling mischief.

Except for the one of the tree. That's a downright poem in images, right there.

How are you, my darling friend?

The last two images, top to bottom are spellbinding. The face in the last picture haunts long after you've crossed over to the comments section. Many thanks.

Greetings from London.

*growls* if I could control a mosquito I'd tell it to fly to Hell....my house is inundated with them....they are coming in through the drainage holes in the windows, which we can't shut unless we want our windows flooded!
Prayers for a good weekend,
Meg xoxo

Hello, dear Renee! I can't let the week end without stopping by.

The art you chose is wonderful, as always. I always love the dream-like, deliciously creepy, quality of much of the art you choose.

I hope you have super-duper weekend.

I am excited too! I keep eating the cakes though in my excitement so you had best pop round here first before they have all gone and then we can go on together!
No I have not seen that trailer but it sounds extremely promising! What a great combination of men!
I shall go and have a look now.

Renee, just wrote a short poem. Do you mind if I borrow one of your images, with credit to you and the artist, of course? Girl and bug picture...who was that one by? Let me know.

Gosh Renee, I totally missed this yesterday! Such wonderful fantasy art (as always) and I enjoy all the artists you have featured, although my favorite out of these three is the piece by Nicoletta Ceccoli.

I see a rather sad, put-upon queen having to go to with an annoyance.

Her happy life and home (the elephant with upraised trunk), has to be
set aside at the moment to deal with this life problem, which is actually a bit bigger than the queen anticipated. She is on top of things though - thus she is controlling it.

ha...does that make any sense at all? Maybe I am overthinking this. LOL
