I Sang To The Stars

My dear friend Bella lost her husband on Saturday. My thoughts are with you Bella.

Last night as I sang to the stars,
I realized they may be the souls of
former friends or of future children.

So, I sang louder and louder
and I thanked them for listening.

I heard their applause
and they thanked me for coming.
At the same time we both said
our ‘Your Welcomes,’

And as I watched them twinkle,
They watched me Shine…

Although I don't know your friend Bella, I know that losing a loved one is always a jagged pill to swallow.

I'm sending out caring energy to her today, in the hopes that it will gently fall all around her.

Oh beautiful Bella, my heart goes out to you, send you my love.
Renee, I have used the mouth guard for a night and it fell out during my sleep lol! I haven't been as bad the last few days. Not taken as half the pain killers.
I have been eating more fruit and less chocolate. I don't think I have had a bar a chocolate for 2-3 weeks?
Mark is buying berries for me, even if it doesn't help anywhere else I feel fresher as a person. Don't feel as tired or ratty.
I have been shopping three times this week and made tea and thats not like me. So here's to berries!
I watched a program on tv. I forgotten what it is called. They have a young man in to hospital checks, scans etc. One who over eats, takes drugs or smokes, drinks heavily. Last week the man who took drug(heroin etc)and alcoholic was 26 years old and his damage was a biological age of 42 years old.
This week it was a man who over eat and binged drink alcohol.
He is 26 years old and his biological age was 54 years old. He had done more damage to his body with the pot noodles, crisps, chocolate, biscuits, cakes and fast food than the previous guy who was a druggie. This shocked me.
I have decided to eat more healthily with bio yogurts, fruit, veg, fish and am passing the cake stands very quickly, lol!
I am feeling the difference already.
I had been eating more cakes since the tooth/jaw saga as I couldn't eat much else, so got addicted to sugar I think.
Here's to a new me, tadaaaa!
Wow, this as been all about me again, tut, tut,me!
How have you been Renee, has the sunshine arrived in you garden and have you seen the new birds this year?

You are my sunshine!

Luv and hugs!

Ah Renee! A time for sorrow.
Yes we three and then four,
Play, not today.
She, Bella Sinclair,
The one we collectively ever so loved
So admired
And respected
Adored
And endeared.
It hurts to think that
Our Sweet Bella Sinclair is in pain and sorrow.
She,
The Mental Ninja,
The Flying Nun
The Wit and Wisdom
The Wickedly Funny
The Great Retort
The one you have to resort
To get me to do what you want
Hardy Har! Har!
The One I will listen to
My beloved sister-friend.
My confidante.
My muse.
My inspiration.
My scarlet Fiesta in the snow
The best thing we can do
Is be here and be strong for her
And wait
When she is ready
To reach out and say
“Hey! Hey! Hey You guys!
Can you come out and play?”
We will be here and she knows
We never left.

To your sorrow, may it turn in time to happy memories...so sorry for your loss

This touched my heart in many ways...my Dad crossed over from cancer when i was 10, actually 2 weeks after my 11th birthday, and I spent years talking to 'a' particular star that became my connection to him...then as i reconciled myself with the grief, (many years later), i began to hear him and feel him all the time. But that star brought me a lot of comfort and I had a lot of conversations with him through that one bright beautiful star.
:) Love you more and more Renee.

Bella, he is still with you, it is just different, that is all, it is just different. You are surrounded with love, you are wrapped in love.

i know renee. i understand that and i feel it too. i'm also confused. it seems unimaginable and senseless, of course, but the timing is beyond belief. so 'unfair'--that word we have to turn to because otherwise we can't make sense of it. but we also know ultimately it is not ours to question the greater plan. 'god', if i may call it that, has plans for bella. and i believe she will stand in the light and be whole. we know she will have her own angel watching over her and her girls.

you know that baino feels this deeply because she too lost her husband when her children were little? i imagine you and she feel bella's loss in private special ways. but please know that there are many people here in blogland who love and care about you so much and will be there for you whenever however needed. you bring comfort to my life, renee, and i am grateful for you.

Hellllo lovely lady! Well yes, Mr. Beefy is indeed a Pit Bull. A huge one at that haha! His dad is about 70 lbs and they told me that Beefy is bigger than his dad was when he was so small, Beefy is twice the size of all of his siblings.

Mr. Beefy will definitely be intimidating because he is a pit and because he is going to be so large but he is such a sweetheart. We are very careful to raise him properly as to not have any aggressive tendencies. He loves to lick you to pieces and my moms Margaret is his girlfriend. You should definitely not be scared, they are great dogs and love people!

Thank you much for the nice comment about the house! Its getting there slowly. Trying to muster the motivation to get shit done haha. I hope you are having a great day! xo <3

Sheeanna said...

Hey you! Well the skullie board is one giant piece of super thin layered plywood i found next to a dumpster long ago. I painted the blocks on and then made a stencil and put a skully in each box. I then recruited people I know or met randomly that came to my house to paint one. I probably painted 4 or 5 myself, the rest are by everyone else. I also have a board of cupcakes which is the same basic concept.

Yeah I definitely want to start an Etsy shop. Right now I am trying to build up some stuff to actually sell haha. I get attached to artwork and dont wanna give it up. I like that my artwork makes people happy and most of the time I paint just to give it away.

I am feeling well. Things have been much less tressful since we moved. Of course there are always those moments but overall I am doing well. Mr. Beefy helps to keep me in good spirits and I have you and all of the amazing bloggers who help keep me going every day. <3 Lots of love. xo

Sheeanna said...

Yeah I love the cupcake board too! Its just not even close to being finished. It was too hard to get all the paint out and have the board down for people to paint at the old house, so hopefully now that I will have an art room to myself it will get finished! Im working on a couple new paintings and should have those posted soon :)

What a lovely string of words! My thoughts are with you and Bella, and Bella's other family too.

The poem's reference to the stars being future children reminded me of the Partly Cloudy video from Pixar. It's about the clouds making everybody's little ones (puppies, kittens, baby gators, baby humans, etc) A must-watch! Look for it on youtube, as I don't have the link handy.

Take care, Renee!

And may Oz sleep well in "his hotel"

Bella With heartfelt sympathy to your family and your husbands family.

At a time like this I always think of the story told to me by my sister, about when someone passes away it is like he is on a boat coasting in the water and his family and friends are on the shore crying that they don't want him to leave them, but in the distance around the bend is another shore where perhaps other family and friends who left before him are all happy and cheering when they see his boat coming and they are getting all excited and saying HERE HE COMES HERE HE COMES.

Bella I personally always pray that that will be a true story and if it is not I find some comfort in believing it is and I hope you do to.

Wishing you and your family peaceful memories of your loved husband.

Sincerely Mickey
