...how great thou art ;)

The most wonderful thing happened yesterday. A polar bear came to see me in Rhode Island and it was accompanied by the most adorable girl in Mukluks!
They both warmed my heart.

I love you.

I love those words in that song, it reminds me of the music filled house I grew up in and was forced to clean as a teenager, along with other great spiritual songs such as "donald wheres your trusers" xoxo

Hi there, lovely. Hope you're having a good weekend. Would you believe, I still have one large room full of boxes to go. And no major appliances or a bed for Nona. So no, still not fully moved in yet. Getting there, though. Love you. xoxoxo

What a poignant image! And taking into account the content of your previous post about your friend Sandy, I would not like to see the girl's face. Nothing to do with her, it's me I would be worried about. Keep well.

Greetings from London.

Oh, the words to that song ALWAYS make me cry, but then what doesn't these days...I'm such a cry baby, it's embarrassing sometimes!

Shaista said...

I am listening - and these birds circling overhead - sometimes they are very very beautiful too, don't you think?
I read your post on Sandy... such a strange thing to encounter death, and yet be considering your own. Wondering when and how, and to escape it time and again, and be grateful, so grateful. And yet wonder, again, when?

"...my savior God to thee, how great Thou art, how great Thou art..." Yup, that's the song. I know lots of church songs.

It is a supernaturally beautiful day in Atlanta today. I hope the Autumn weather is just as nice where you are!

Is the shit smell gone? I hope so! Get out of the toilet, will you please, then wash your hands so I can kiss you. Oh yes, I do agree. Life smells like shit sometimes. Don't you just wonder why we even exist? I mean are fossil fuel or what? Put a quarter on my slut, that's right, and I will make you laugh.

Ces Adorio said...

What!? You forgot already? You are the one who taught me oh great mistress madam!

Renee.... I've been thinking of you every day... I love the cards Sonia is doing for cancer awareness.. She's such a beautiful woman. A true friend indeed.

I hope this week-end was good, restful, non anxious, peaceful, laughing, hopeful (which it sounds like Jacqui's is hopeful!), curious, heartfelt, loving, sweet...

I love you Renee~

Sweet illustration! I am not religious, Renee, but I just love that song! I loved singing it too, at school and youth groups. And I believe that the Universe is Great and sometimes my soul sings of that. I am so sorry that your friend Sandy died - I hope that she has lots of lovely cats where she is now.
