Welcome Home

Darling Catherine you said in group a few weeks ago that if you only had five weeks left it would not be enough time but that you could live with the idea of maybe five months.

It wasn’t to be and I am sorry. Sorry for your small son and husband and sorry for you.

So many leavings. Too many partings. Why is the reality of life so contrary to the desires of the heart?

Blessed Mother Mary, hold Catherine's family and friends close to your heart, and help them find comfort in the truth that they will be together again in eternity. Oh, how terrible. I am sorry for your loss, for the loss of Catherine, for her family. Thank you for sharing her with us and honoring her.

Ms. Becky said...

oh dear, another. With all the buzz about the latest recommendations by The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force I for one would like to take this opportunity to speak out in dissent of their report. I will not alter my self-care plan and I do hope that others remain vigilant and continue to practice self-exams and mammography for early detection too. As women, I believe we know best what our bodies are telling us. I do not know Catherine's personal story, but intend to honor her life by speaking out loudly ~ self-empowerment is everything. To Catherine's friends and family ~ peace be with you

My dear Renee I am so sorry for your hurt and bruised heart. I can not believe it has only been a week and few days since Sandy left.
Love and huge hugs for you, my sweet sweet pretty.

But wait I hear something...

"OH Hello, Catherine, I am so glad you made it, let me show you around. You are going to love it, there is no more pain here and we can still visit every one we love in their dreams. We can even kiss them all night long! It is they who will not see us, but if you wish, they will hear you and feel you. And you can hold them in your arms."

The goal of life is rapture.
Art is how we experience it.

I love my new header too... it is so cute.

I am so glad that it does give you some comfort.
I would like to just hold you in my arms and give you a giant hug. Words seem so little at times like this.
But I hold you with my heart arms and hope it helps when I write the words.

Oh, I am thrilled Jacquie likes it and has found a place for it. I am so honored!
It means so much to me when something I make touches another.

God I hate these post. So, so, so, sad. I'm really sorry. It must be incredibly hard for you going to these groups and watching your mates pass away. All the compassion I can muster goes out to her family and children. We don't have to know people to be in touch with their tragedies, but knowing them makes it even tougher. Life sucks and so I will be ever grateful for my so far robust health and engaging existence. There are times sweet girl I wish I could wrap around you and push all this ugliness away.
