Dreams Sponsored By The Letter M
Madness: To dream that you are mad or diagnosed with madness forewarns of trouble, loss and overwhelming grief. This signifies a gloomy end to hopeful prospects.
Madonna: Symbolizes the mystical mother and the giver of life. The Madonna is representative of blessings, purity, and virginal love. A need to embrace feminine power and change is at hand.
Maple: Represents each of the five senses and what it has to offer. It also denotes a helping or protective hand. A maple is always a positive sign symbolizing humility, warmth and openness. It is usually followed by positive gains, happiness and fullness of life.
Meadowlark: Indicates your cheerful disposition and outlook on life. A simple reminder to you, that you always make the best out of every situation.
Meditate: Represents self-acceptance and enlightenment. It also suggests that you need to be less judgmental on others and don’t be so hard on yourself. *artork by Rita Loyd
Menstruation: Indicates that you are releasing pent-up tension and worries. It signals an end to difficult times and the need for relaxation. Studies have shown that more vivid dreams seen to coincide with a woman’s menstrual cycle. Dreams about being pregnant, giving birth or motherhood occur more often while women are ovulating. *artwork by Pink Porcupette
Mermaid: Signifies the female aspect of yourself that is mysterious and secretive. It may also show a fear of sex.
Minotaur: Denotes a union between your intellect and your physical instincts. A situation in your waking life may be larger than you can handle. You are feeling overwhelmed.
Money: Reflects that you may be feeling weak, vulnerable, and out of control in your waking life. Money is common in dreams because many people feel that their net-worth equals their self-worth. Money is a dream of insecurity and selfishness.
Moon: Represents a hidden, mysterious aspect of yourself. The moon is most often associated with the feminine mystique and intuition. It also signifies big changes in moods. *artwork by Walfrido

Fascinating!
I try to think about the dreams I have and learn from them.
But that scary clown guy? Yikes! I hope he doesn't show up in my nightmares!
Ya that crazy clown guy is wacko!
For many many many years I used to dream of being chased by fire, water, storms, bears, dogs ... you name it.
I think it was symbolic of the cancer my body was running from.
Daria
Hmmmm so very dark!!! Maybe it's just my perception at present. I do love the moon. No enough sleep for dreams but I do drem of the moon some. The clown is terrifying. Don't like them anyway!! Will email you in a bit. Hugs, Sarah
that first pic scares me, it's creepy, lol!
but I love the pic you chose for money dreams, how I wish that were true, I'd have a green thumb for sure :-)
have yourself a great day Renee
Thanks for your comment on my dreams ... I think you have it exactly right.
It's funny but those dreams seemed to settle down once I was diagnosed with cancer.
Daria
Wonderful group Renee! Creepy guy denotes madness alright!!
There will be a Madonna (of sorts) and a well-placed maple leaf on the letter I sent you ;)
Have fun with sis!

Ha ha! Dreams of menstruation are supposed to indicate a release of tension, etc. Well...let me tell you about where my menstuaton led me.....
Hope you had a good weekend!

Looks like the lesson here is to try not to dream about anything that starts with the letter M! Veddy interesting!
So cool, so interesting! Love the one about dreaming mermaid dreams- fear of sex...that makes total sense- how do mermaids have sex anyway?
What do whales represent?
Happy new week, Renee!
Always interesting, I would like to only dream about the Madonna, Maples, Meadowlarks, Meditation and even Menstruation (which I now know how to spell – but possibly not pronounce) … if I wasn’t afraid of clowns (after looking at the first picture) I am now!
I know. I LOVED Penelope Cruz' passion in the film! I was howling!
What is vodka, without the martini?
Goodness, Renee! All those images are scary looking! Just like some dreams can be, right?
Perhaps some nice tea with cream would chase away bad dreams?
Your dream posts are so fascinating! Where do you find all this information? I love the pictures you find. Beautifully done! Makes me want to take a nap and see what pops up in my head:)
madonna and moon wow- the madness one has taken me aback- it find it amaizing how some artists just capture things like that........love to you dear Renee, i send you love each evening xx
Renee, I enjoyed that tea we had down yaya's place. Did yo get a load of those hummingbird feeders? I need one. :)
Madonna description for sure doesn't describe the "madonna" we have in Hollywood.
Thanks for sharing the letter "M"
Hmmmm....thinking
M is for Mmmmmmmm, I want some cake. Take care Renee.
Good morning Renee, I feel a strong affinity for the maple - thanks for the info and the lovely post.
This was ooh so very, very interesting! I had to reading it over and over again. Amazing post my friend! Deep even! Hope that you are feeling good today! You are in my thoughts my friend!
Holy Mackerel! That first image of madness scared the bejeezus outta me!
No Ms in my dreams, but I DID dream about hamburgers and hot dogs. Hmmmmm. or rather, MMmmmmmm?
Hope you're having just the loveliest day, my dear. xoxo
Renee, of course. Whatever is mine is yours for the taking. It breaks my heart to think of you in that way, though.
I came here via Bella's. I always read your comments on her blog. Hot diggity dang! These are some outrageous examples of "M". Maddening yet cool.
Oh now I remember you! I am so glad I finally got the courage to say hello tonight! Oh you are pure delight!
that's a beautiful picture of the madonna. apart from the colours and the simplicity, i love the big unapologetic hips.
I love your Madonna, she is wonderfully warm and comforting, quite the "divine goddess"!
