I LOVE FANTASY FRIDAY...these images are always so intriguing..the more I look at them, the more I see. I think that my favorite today is the butterfly princess with the martini on her head!
How are you lovely friend?

Talk to the hand, because I don’t have ears and cannot listen!

Why does he insist on chasing after her again? I thought I was going to a retirement home where I could count on an unlimited supply of clean fresh water and plenty of nourishing palatable food.

Oh man! The perils of being a mermaid

Divine, beautiful and lovely artwork!

WOW for Fantasy Friday! I love the bat (is it a bat?) munching on the female's shoulder. The second picture looks like a Dr. Seuss character and the third one... my-oh-my, SEXY, but what are the fish bones doing? They actually almost look like wings that have lost their flesh. Wow! Great fantasy Friday pictures!!

that middle shot is an ostrich driver! i know an ostrich when i see one, especially one so striking. i am totally willing to travel in this manner. trust is a good commodity...

Hello, Renee, my ray of light. I love these Fantasy Fridays, but for some reason, these images disturb me today. I fear for the first lady's neck and the eye in the sky. The maiden on the dragon is very beautiful, but her pet looks like he's having a bad hair day. And oh my, that mermaid! What happened there, did she stop too suddenly during rush hour? Well, never mind. All three are beautifull painted.

Now you'll have to excuse me. I have to get all dolled up for some festivities that are on their way.

Bella Sinclair said...

Aww, I just read your comment at Manon's. Your words are too sweet, and I'm excited that she travels to AZ frequently! Yea! Her art is super amazing. Thanks for the introduction. :)

6 months??? HAH! You write your own rules. You ain't done yet!

woowee :) love this imagery. hauntingly bedeviling. Skeletal wings will stay with me...

kj said...

okay, renee, i'm along for the ride. but who is driving? i happen to know ostriches don't take directions very well, and sometimes they drop their heads abruptly which can create wind tunnels. so if lolo is driving, she'll need to take that into account. i of course can also drive, but i would prefer to sit in back so my hair blows in dramatic fashion. i don't know sarah but since i already said trust is a good commodity, i'm sure she's okay. and if you steer renee, i know we will be heading directly to the land of oz, and i am certainly fine with that...
:)

Bella Sinclair said...

Gee, gosh. Thank you for saying so. But no, I rarely draw like that any more. Too much reality. I'd rather live in my happy fantasies.

Bella Sinclair said...

Aww, Renee. I fell in love with you since the first time you invited me to your tea party.

Yes, rock it hard, baby. And, might I add, I have buns of steel. Calisthenics and kegals while I type away on my laptop.

I'M A-READY FOR THE TUBE TOP BRIGADE! Look for me. I'll be the one doing the wild semaphoric dance while trying to keep my own tube top aloft. And darlin', you can have my bed.

That's just awesome! You are extremely talented!

I wish you a wonderful birthday!

kj said...

we girls will be sure that your left breast is propped and preserved in upright royal fashion, renee. you can count on that. and the other one: we'll be equally attentive! up, down--we can handle anything. and tank tops or tee shirts, and of course your pajama bottoms. as for the destination: do you think dr/ms bella sinclair might be able to feed us breakfast upon arrival?...

hey, it's almost your birthday. (can you hear me humming?)
(you deserve a good birthday)
(i think you'll have a good birthday)

Hello Renee, I just found your blog via Rebecca's site. I went back and read some of your prior posts. I admire the way you write and express your ideas. I agree with what you said about the pope. I remember, I was at work the day they were voting on the new pope. Someone asked me if I cared who the new pope was, and I said "Anyone but that Ratzinger guy". And look who we got. And, as for George Bush... don't get me started. It was eight years of hell!
I will keep visiting your lovely blog.
