Wow, Renee, this is a blast from the past! Mama used to play this song all the time and I love it. We're flying to Chattanooga on Wednesday, December 23 and are coming home on Monday, December 28. (My other daughter is taking care of our cat-kids and Cody). But I'll be checking in on everyone from there. I'm so happy we'll be there for Mary Mace's big sixth birthday on Christmas Eve! I got her the coolest model Barbie doll and her first diary with a lock and key. (I can't recall if I've already told you that...forgive my foggy brain!) And Warner is now 2 1/2 and I haven't seen him in over a year. He's talking really well, too. He goes to speech therapy every week and keeps his hearing aids in all the time except when asleep. It is such a miracle that he can hear because at birth they told us he'd be totally deaf. He likes to get on the phone and say, "I yuv (love) you, Grammy!" It just melts my heart...God really does still work miracles. God bless you, dear friend!
What a beautiful painting. I am finding it amazing and beautiful and inspiring that you are posting these beautiful images and joyful songs, despite the year you've had. I know it must be hard.
That is a very catchy tune Renee! I like it. I hope you are feeling a bit better today, I just read your post from a couple of days ago-sounds horrible for you. I like the way Wahid tested for Father Christmas-very clever! It shows the power of Santa that Wahid had to actually prove to himself he didn't exist! I got your lovely Christmas card yesterday thank you! It is really lovely and I love it. Take care xx
Oh my silly friend, the last word that would ever come to my mind when I think of you is selfish!! and I know you're thinking of me, as I am of you, even when we aren't leaving words on blogs :) big love, ❅x❅x❅x❅ Karin
What are you behind with Renee?Whatever it is don't worry about it! I am always behind with virtually everything. There are just too many things with which to be so! xx
Gracias Renee. My how time does fly and blend in so quickly. It was nice to sit back for a few moments and remember back to a simpler time. At night time, when I look to the west, I am sure I can see your Christmas Spirit glowing through the softly falling snow and the twinkling of the stars. Feliz Navidad my friend.
oh Renee! thanks for sharing this today...my 16 year old son has been singing this for weeks now, learned it in Spanish III class and I've sent it on to him! he's just going to flip when he sees it, so thanks again!
Renee, you are such a beautiful spirit and inspiration for those of us on our health and life journey... love to you and all your beloved this hoilday season! XoXoZXo!!! SuZi
