I like that video but for some reason I connect it to Vegas and Christmas. The phrase "pissed to the eyeballs" did make me laugh and try to think of sentences to use the phrase.

Aaaaw sweetheart! You are going so fast I can't keep up with you! Slow down, will you please...I am out of breath! Ah I can't see the video but the image, that's what our city is going to look like today, well, not quite like that. Probably it will turn to slush. It was sleeting this morning on the way to work. It is cold in my office, my windows are frosty and it is cold. I am thinking of you and you know what it means - my heart is warmed. Have a lovely and loving day honey.

Who doesn't love Dean Martin! He always makes me feel like singing along.

I've never heard that phrase either, but I like it!

A friend used to scream 'well, pissweed!' when she was really vexed. I have no idea what that is, if anything. But, it sounded so ridiculous that we would all crack up and no longer be upset.

None of us can see past today. Today is the place to spend time.

xoxo right back at you

you mean like, i'm pissed to the eyeballs that your christmas got screwed up?

yup, that would be descriptive enough.

i'm thinking of you a day early today. i am going to carry you around soft in my pocket and close near my heart and we are going to say little 'fuck fucks' together, and then we are going to have hot chocolate and eat some boston cream pie.

oh, and we may learn to do that skip that our lori does, you know the one where she moves her hips and seems to fly off the ground.

Good memories.

"Pissed to the gills" is another phrase I haven't heard in ages.
:0)
Those were the days my friend, I thought they'd never end. We'd sing and dance forever and a day. (Remember that one?)

I dance like Dino and Frank to this day, all through the house. The cat sits and stares, the dog tries to dance along, my husband (Chuck) chuckles and the kids just shake their heads and say, "There goes mom again."

You should see me dance to "The Nutcracker"! I AM the sugarplumb fairie, jumping and twirling all over the kitchen!

Hugs hugs hugs, dear friend,
xoxoxo

For a moment I felt like I was right back in they're living room watching my my grandmothers feet sway to the music and I could hear grandpa say "whew doggies they're good!" I miss them so much. Thank you for this memory. The oldies are still goodies! Love it and you!!!!

Dean and Frank were always funny together, as though they just returned from some adventure. How do you come up with these things?

I loved your previous post on putting up the Christmas tree. (How do I get so far behind?) WE wait till the last weekend for a very good reason. We hate to go out and freeze our tush cutting the tree; so, we wait for good weather which never comes. Now that we are away from our families, we try to put up all the decorations, but it is never the same.

Christmas is the time when I miss everybody!

I'm glad your family will come together.

Stay warm today my sweet Renee, I know it's cold up there,
love,
lori

He is fine, luckier than both of us so far, no nausea, tired but that is to be expected. How am I? well...I am. The damn tinnitus is playing havoc with my sense of hearing and my headache is one that could win a gold medal in the Headaches Olympics.

But the play was fine, and you can call me Mary Todd Lincoln.

I want to know about Jacquie and what they are doing for you. I put your name last week again on The Healing Circle and of course Jacquie's has been there since the beginning of this bad dream. I believe it is time for us all to wake up and keep on living. I love Renee, I wish I knew why this feeling is so strong and so familiar, but we have spoken about this before and it hasn't gone away one iota. Au contraire, it increases with each passing day and it becomes more and more comforting to know it, to reacquaint myself with it, like an old book we have read once and although the plot escapes us, we know the words by heart, and to turn the pages is comforting to the soul.

Sending you Love and Light as always. You are in my heart.
